Owner

Josh is the Owner of Harbor One Insurance and a proud South Carolina native with a passion for helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most—without overpaying. Josh believes insurance should be both comprehensive and cost-effective, which is why he focuses on shopping policies across multiple carriers to find the right coverage at the best possible rate. His approach is built on education, transparency, and long-term relationships, helping clients understand their options and feel confident in their coverage. With experience across home, auto, and commercial insurance, Josh is committed to helping clients save money while maintaining reliable protection. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their three young children.

Hannah Lane

Senior Account Manager

Hannah is a Senior Account Manager and lifelong Walterboro, South Carolina local with over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. She specializes in home, auto, landlord property, and commercial business insurance, helping clients across the Lowcountry protect their homes, vehicles, and livelihoods. Hannah takes a personalized, educational approach—getting to know her clients’ lifestyle and financial picture so she can tailor coverage that truly fits their needs. Clients value her honest guidance and commitment to education, especially her belief that the cheapest policy isn’t always the best protection. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors with her family—and fun fact: she graduated high school at just 16 years old.

Account Manager

Eve Olvera is an Account Manager with over 14 years of insurance experience, specializing in home, auto, and commercial insurance. Based in Walterboro, South Carolina, Eve is known for her responsiveness and hands-on service, making it easy for clients to call, text, or email and know they’ll hear back quickly. She works hard to find competitive pricing while taking the time to clearly explain what each coverage means, so clients understand exactly what they’re getting. Outside of work, Eve enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking weekend trips to recharge. Fun fact: she’s a proud grandmother.

Maggie is an Account Manager who helps clients feel confident about their auto and home insurance by making coverage easy to understand. Originally from Lugoff, South Carolina, Maggie loves spending time outdoors and thrives in fast-paced situations—so you can trust she’s got you covered when it matters most.

Bob is Harbor One’s Life Insurance Agent, helping individuals and families across South Carolina and North Carolina protect what matters most. With decades of experience in life insurance, financial services, and risk planning, Bob takes an educational, consultative approach—guiding clients through term life, whole life, and permanent life insurance options that fit their goals and budget. Clients value his ability to simplify complex decisions and provide steady, trusted guidance. Bob is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where he played on the Varsity Golf Team, and brings extensive leadership experience from companies like Principal Life and Prudential Life Insurance.
